Jules leads and works as a global citizen, currently operating from the Wellington, New Zealand time zone.

Jules has designed and implemented strategic, people and workforce, and organisational transformations in central and regional governments and with private sector groups. She focuses on operating models and decision-making behaviour as the bedrocks of successful sustainable organisations. She believes that the best way to change systems is to work within them for positive transition to better, fairer and more regenerative futures.

An entrepreneur at heart, Jules is the founder and Managing Director of 2 businesses and is co-founder of an eco-enterprise.

Jules is also the host of a global podcast and blog series Humans at Work - a social movement platform that connects storytellers and change makers - and an erudite, candid and compelling speaker herself.

Passionate about innovation, her key strengths are envisioning different ways of doing, constructive challenge of the status quo, and an indefatigable sense of calm and humour in the face of chaos.

She was a child in Africa, lived her teens and 20s in England, and currently she and her husband care for a blended family of 4, along with 2 Miniature Schnauzers in New Zealand.
