A proud Wellingtonian, Jo is the lone female in a household containing a husband, a teenage son, 2 cats
(Marks & Spencer) and a tank-full of fish (sneaky suspicion they are mostly boys too).

With 25 years focussed on capability, workforce and organisation development, Jo has experience in management, thought leadership and individual contributor roles. An accredited consultant in a range of 'people' tools and frameworks, she has experience in government and corporate sectors.

She has a genuine passion for empowering and enabling people to uplift their capability to realise both organisational and personal outcomes. Approaching work with pragmatism, creativity, and a can-do approach, she is at her best collaborating, bringing energy and enthusiasm to any engagement.  

Jo is a charismatic and engaging facilitator and M.C. often called on professionally guide events with her own brand of humour and quick wit. She believes in being prepared for anything to happen, because in her experience, it probably will.
