who we are

We are all good humans, doing meaningful work and enjoying life.  Ethics and integrity matter to us, and we spend time building and nurturing trusted, candid and reciprocal relationships within our team, with our clients and across our wider network.

our operating approach

We specialise in niche areas that are critical for successful organisations, yet are often missed in transformations or restructuring - operating models, organisation design, workforce strategy and leadership development.

JHA Consulting operates remotely-by-default, meaning we are excellent at providing digitally-enables services to clients and for organisations anywhere in the world.

We currently have a core team of eight professionals, augmented by associate consultants when required and supported by virtual back-office teams. We have partnerships with other boutique agencies to scale for capacity requirements as needed.

JHA Consulting works collaboratively with its sister companies Humans at Work and JERICA, sharing capability, resources, networks and concepts.

This set up is the result of our organisational design to minimise the impact on the environment, allowing for flexibility for individuals, and enhancing the opportunities to further develop professionally when assigned to different programmes of work.

We collaborate and deliver incredible results without being constrained by physical presence, typical working hours or carbon-costing travel. We work virtually-by-default and do not have a physical office.

Where and when needed we can be physically present to support our clients, but we also believe in being prepared for business continuity and life events, by being digitally mature.

why the hummingbird?

Hummingbirds are the most manoeuvrable birds on the planet – they’re the only birds that can fly backwards, and the only ones that can hover for such long periods of time because of their ability to move their wings in a figure-of-eight pattern.  They’re important for pollination, and they always appear calm and purposeful, even while underneath they’re extremely busy!

ready to talk

It’s always better to talk things through, let's catch up virtually or over a cup of tea or coffee.
